We will work with you to set up a relational marketing database to capture and analyse all the answers from both telephone and postal questionnaires.

Our experienced datacapture team will input all the questionnaire data on to the database with built in validation checks against all the answers.

We will produce reports for you from all the questionnaires together with field counts and analysis. Layouts of reports to be discussed to produce data fields set out as you would want to present them.

If you provide us with your existing database we will dedupe it, complete postcodes, and validate addresses. For Business to Business databases we can offer address cleaning and contact validation by our Outbound Call Centre.
