At Intermail, quality assurance is an ongoing process. We are always striving for zero defects. Our policy on quality means that if the service or process isn't correct, then we change the way it's done. Five basic concepts underpin our philosophy:

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ISO9001
We operate a Quality Management System (QMS) that is accredited to ISO9001 with regular external audits of the system.
INFORMATION SECURITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ISO27001
We operate a Information Security Management System (ISMS) that is accredited to ISO27001 with regular external audits of the system.
INDUSTRY ACCREDITATION
We are accredited to all of the major bodies like the DMA, QMP and FEDMA.
